Masters in Nursing... what to specialize in?

Well where have you been working as a registered nurse? I'm sure you already know this but you have to have experience in whatever field you are trying to apply for. Have you been working in the ICU or ER or have you been working in the NICU or pediatrics? CRNA makes more money. That's about all the help I have to offer you.
