How to turn dining room into fancy restaurant for Valentine's Day?

have your nieces and nephews dress up as little waitresses and waiters. Have a boquet of roses in a vase in the middle of the table. Use a really fancy red or white table cloth and have napkins folded into triangles with rings. Play some soft piano or romantic music. Have candles lit around the dining room. Dress up in a suit. Have a letter sticking in the door telling her you have a suprise for her and then have one of her dresses laid out on her bed with a rose or boquet of roses. When she goes to sit down, push her seat in for her. Use fancy china or dishes. Afterwards, do the dishes for her. And dance with her to some slow songs. Then watch a movie with her and your nieces and nephews.
