I am interested in becoming a wedding decorator.?

I really like decor and I love weddings so I figured that I could become a wedding decorator. Does anyone know if the price of a decorator includes most of the material to decorate. For example, would I charge people for my service plus the silk flowers, centerpiece materials, candles, twinkle lights, dinnerware, table cloths, etc. or do they just charge for the service and the client has to pay for the material they want? I live in Washington State, do you think that charging $450 to decorate plus supply most of the decorations is a good price, too much or not enough?
