Is this computer build all compatible?

Looks compatible to me. The motherboard can take up to a 140w CPU and supports the Phenom II X4. DDR3 1333 is right. CrossFireX PCI-E x16 - good. PSU good. Case, drives, good. Don't see why it wouldn't be compatible. Hope this helps.
