Is the record cold temperature in International Falls today caused by Global Warming, thanks.?

Actually the "experts" will tell you that when it's record cold it's called weather, but when there are some unseasonably warm days it's Global warming. In this way they are able to fit a square peg into a round hole or make the climate fit their theory.
