How does one become a bounty hunter and what are some specifics of bounty hunting?

Just wondering how to become a certified bounty hunter in the state of Michigan (or all states if possible), what rights a bounty hunter has, and what a bounty hunter usually makes per bond, and important skills. Thanks = )
