Help with passing the Office Systems and Technology portion of CPS Exam.?

I need help passing the Office Systems and Technology portion of the CPS (Certified Professional Secretary) exam. I have passed the other portions but I plan to retake this one. I have the book but was told there may be other resources that could be helpful. Has anyone passed that portion and if so, what reference books or materials helped you. Thanks for the feedback!!
