Where is the best place to become certified to teach English in Phuket, Thailand?

I've decided that I'm leaving the US in late July/early August but I do not currently have a certification. I know that isn't absolutely necessary but my understanding is that you find better work. I'm looking at both TOFEL certification and CELTA. I'd like to also find a place that provides assistance with accommodations so that I have something to help grasp my bearings with when I first arrive. This is a big change and I'm going by myself, to a place I know no one... I can't wait!
