Check your local Red Cross or community/technical colleges in your area. Most places offer a course, but you have to pay. You spend time in the classroom learning about the procedures a CNA performs, and then you'll have a set amount of clinical hours (experience in the field). The certification tests vary from state to state, but you'll register to take the test. Usually there is a written portion, as well as a skills portion.
