LED hyper blink fix me?

K i put new LED taillights in my 08 silverado 2500hd, I put load resistor in parallel with the new lights, but catch this...it wont fix it. Ive tried every way possible to fix it. Im a certified electrician and I understand electronics pretty well but this....this just does not make sense. Has anyone had the same problem? Im to the point where im just going to wire a filament bulb in parallel and tape it up so it wont give off any light. Im totally lost on where to go here.
